This Privacy Policy describes how FARMIKA ("we", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application and related services.

1. Information we collect

Account data: Email, display name, and authentication data you provide when signing up or signing in.
Farm and operational data: Farm profiles, animals, breeding records, health records, lots, tasks, inventory, and other data you enter in the app.
Photos and files: Images and documents you attach to animals, reports, or other records.
Location (optional): If you grant permission, we use location to record where animals or events are located and for weather-related features.
Device and usage: Crash reports and minimal usage data (e.g. via Sentry) to improve stability; we do not track you for advertising.

2. How we use it

We use your data to provide the app's features: managing your farm, animals, breeding, health, backups, notifications, and (if enabled) AI assistance. Data is stored and processed using Supabase and related infrastructure. Crash reporting is handled by Sentry to help us fix errors.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. Data may be shared only as needed to operate the service (e.g. cloud providers, Supabase, Sentry) or when required by law.

4. Security and retention

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. You can export or delete your data via the app (backup/restore and account options). Retention follows our Terms of Service and applicable law.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data. To exercise them or ask questions about privacy, contact us at the Support URL or at the contact details provided in the app (e.g. support email in Farm Profile).

6. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
